Thank you for your interest in the Tuition Reduction Incentive Program that has been developed at the Grand Rapids Christian Schools. This program allows you to reduce your tuition, or the tuition of someone you know, by purchasing gift certificates! These gift certificates are purchased in large quantities by the T.R.I.P. committee at a discount. The discount received on the certificate ordered is credited to your T.R.I.P. account and twice a year may be applied to your tuition account at G.R.C.S. (Grand Rapids Christian Schools).
You may wonder what kind of certificates are offered. There are many businesses and services offered on our order form. Anything from your groceries, gasoline, or dry cleaning to restaurants or even appliances are available. Check out the order form for the complete list of businesses. The gift certificates are used like cash in the store. You receive credit on your tuition account by simply buying things that you normally would.
The T.R.I.P. committee has also developed a certificate of it's own. Vendors in Partnership (VIP) is a program that was developed to involve many local businesses that would accept one certificate and offer it at 4% discount. The T.R.I.P. committee puts all the businesses that accept this certificate on a list that is available at your school. V.I.P. is ordered just like any of the other certificates on the order form but it is accepted at many differtent businesses.
Please read through the policies and the ordering instructions and then request your registration form and put it in the envelope with your first order. Your T.R.I.P. number will be assigned and written on your order form when you get it back with your certificates. To keep up to date on the latest information regarding the T.R.I.P. program, a weekly "T.R.I.P. Tips" is provided at each of the schools.
